Hello and welcome!

Helping you achieve your wellness goals, in an easy, and sustainable manner is my passion.

First, we begin by reviewing your health history and goals with a simple, free phone call or visit.


Next you may choose from a private or group program, where we uncover the  habits, beliefs, and systems that are no longer serving you well.   Together, we will develop a new healthy relationship with food and your body. 

Sessions are conducted via Zoom video conference calls and/or in-person in my office at the Chelmsford Wellness Center

After each session you'll receive:

  • Session notes

  • Goals to work on for the week

  • Resources: nutritional, mindset, etc.


All clients will have access to me in-between sessions by email, text messaging and through my closed Facebook group "Coach Beth" where clients  may connect with each other and offer support.  As I always say, we are better together!

*You may be able to pay for my services with your Flexible Spending Account (FSA)!  Most insurances now support Health Coaching as a viable way for patients to achieve their physicians suggested wellness goals.
